Catching up

Once again I'm playing catch up, and once again all I have to show are iPhone pictures! We never use our other cameras anymore, unfortunately. We've had a great couple of months around here. The weather is finally nice and Luke is growing up way too fast as usual. He has become a climber and is in to even more now! We can't take our eyes off of him for 2 seconds. He is really talking a lot now with his 50+ word vocabulary, which is a lot of fun and he learns so fast. Here is just a sampling of the 400 photos we've taken in the last 2 months!

Rick and Anne came for a visit

Nathan went indoor skydiving for his birthday

Easter

He can wiggle his way out of anything- notice he is still strapped in.

My Gap asked if Luke and I would be in a little mall fashion show, and it turned out to be VERY little but still fun. Luke of course stole the show when he insisted on walking down the catwalk by himself. It was hilarious.

Luke and I went to AZ for one of my best friends wedding. As always a good time was had by all and we wore Luke out as you can see...

Lots of morning walks- apparently he is confused as to why it is so warm outside!

Then two days after getting home from AZ, I went to Utah for another wedding. I left Luke at home with Nathan and they had a great time, here is a pic of their hike they went on.

We love the huge park behind our apartment

Swimming with friends

Love Instagram

We went fishing one evening with friends- Nathan caught the only fish!

We went to this cute little park called Tiny Town that has lots of miniature buildings and a train. Luke was in heaven exploring, finally everything was his size.

My birthday dinner

Luke is in nursery now and has had to learn the hard way that there are definitely some bullies out there and you need to defend your territory, haha it's been interesting. Also, as many have pointed out lately he is beginning to really chunk up, which we love! At his 12 month appointment he was in the 5th percentile for weight and now he is in the 65th! We're looking forward to some fun trips in this next month and hopefully it won't take me three months to post about them!

Spring

This is what happens when you haven't blogged in 3 months- Luke iPhone picture overload! Enjoy!

Cheering on Jimmer while sitting in one of his favorite seats- a frying pan.

Zoo time

Upside down Skyping with Petersen cousins!

Easter egg hunt

iPhone

So we got an iPhone at the beginning of February which turned into me no longer taking pictures with a regular camera and not loading the pics from my phone onto the computer. So I apologize for not blogging since Christmas! Luke has grown up so much since then!

Valentines Day

Luke and I headed to Arizona at the end of February. We were able to spend an afternoon in Yuma with Jason and Debbie and their family, including new baby Jackson! He is such a doll!
Luke and Grant, future best buds, you wouldn't think they were 8 months apart! They are practically the same size! So cute!

Oh ya, Luke learned to walk at the beginning of January too!

Luke enjoyed Ajo Al's as much as the rest of the Moyes family!
He has become OBSESSED with basketball ever since this trip. Every time we would pull into my parent's driveway he would say 'basket' over and over.

Christmas 2010

We had a great Christmas this year in Pocatello!

Before we left...
Luke hammin' it up before church

Our apartments had a Christmas party, and this scary looking Santa was there but Luke actually didn't mind him!
We opened presents from my parents before we left
Once in Pocatello, we made gingerbread houses (made from scratch by Anne!)
This was all the snow we had this year, kind of disappointing but the kids still had fun!
Bowling at ISU- the kids were dancing like crazy and it was HILARIOUS!
(go to John and Jenilyn's blog to see the awesome video)

Reading the nativity

Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful gifts! We had a blast!
